Brentwood Theatre is a charity and very much a community enterprise. As far as possible we wish to make the visit for all of our clients as pleasant and welcoming as possible : therefore, if we can do anything to make your visit easier, please let us know and our staff and volunteers will do all we can to support you.
Wheelchair users and disabled patrons
Brentwood Theatre is fully accessible to wheelchair users. Please advise the Box Office when you purchase your tickets of any ways that we can help to make your visit as safe and comfortable as possible.
If you would like to be seated first, please tell the House Manager when you arrive for the show.
Free parking immediately adjacent to the Theatre is available for our disabled visitors only.
Deaf and hard of hearing patrons
An induction loop system is installed for hearing aid users.
If you wish to be advised of signed performances, please contact us.
Blind and partially sighted patrons

Babes in arms
Due to fire regulations, ALL children, including babies must have a ticket.
Please note that for the safety of all our visitors, booster seats and carry cots etc may NOT be used. Buggys and other transportation items may not be taken into the auditorium, but should be left in the bar.
