01277 200305

1pm to 4pm Monday to Friday

If we are busy between these times, an answerphone is in use. Please do leave a message and we will always call you back.

You may purchase your tickets by calling our dedicated Box Office and paying by most credit or debit cards. If possible, please quote your American Express card, if you have one, as they charge us the lowest rate!

For each booking taken over the phone (regardless of the total value of tickets ordered) a Booking Fee of 1 is payable.

For an optional charge of 1 your tickets will be posted to you, or else you may collect them from the Theatre's Foyer in the sixty minutes before the performance commences. Please remember to bring along your credit or debit card in order to identify yourself when collecting your tickets.

Any remaining tickets are sold in the foyer in the sixty minutes before the performance commences on a 'first come, first served' basis however we can only accept cash.

Once purchased, your tickets are not refundable however we may endeavour to re-sell them for you or else we may swap your tickets to another performance of the same show. For each of these services we charge 1 per ticket.

Walk In Box Office

From 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday, you can come in and purchase tickets for forthcoming shows by going to the Stage Door (at the Sawyer's Hall end of the Theatre) and ringing the entryphone to be let in.

How to find us

Please click here for a Google Map.

The following map was designed by Bradley Green

Finding us by car

Take Junction 28 on the M25 and follow the A1023 into the Town Centre. Follow up a steep hill, passing the Police Station on your right, driving straight up the High Street. At a double set of mini-roundabouts, known as both Cooper's Corner and /or Wilson's Corner, go straight over towards Shenfield. We are about 100 yards along on the left, behind The Hermitage.

PLEASE NOTE that the car park adjacent to the Theatre is not our property. Parking for our guests is available in nearby streets or local public car parks such as William Hunter Way, which is about five minutes walk away, next to Sainsbury's.

For more details and parking charges please visit Brentwood Borough Council's website

Finding us by train

We are equi-distant from both BRENTWOOD and SHENFIELD stations. If you are travelling from London, you may well find that a fast train calling at Shenfield may be quicker than an all-stations 'Metro' service which serves Brentwood.

For train timetables please go to National Express East Anglia

The Theatre is about fifteen minutes walk from either station, or else patrons may wish to hail a taxi.

24 hour online bookings
You are able to book for all of our shows online via Ticketsource. This is available twenty four hours a day up until a short time before the show commences. Higher rates of up to 10% apply to online bookings, these are explained when you click through to Ticketsource and before you make a purchase.

Concessions
For most of our shows, we offer (on behalf of our hiring companies) a concessionary rate to the following clients:-

Senior Citizens (aged 65 and over)

Children (16 and under)

Disabled persons and their carer

Babes in arms

You may be asked for identification (such as a student card) when collecting your tickets

Babes in arms
Due to fire regulations, ALL children, including babies must have a ticket.

Please note that for the safety of all our visitors, booster seats and carry cots etc may NOT be used.

Accessibility
Latecomers
With all of our lives getting busier, we know it is difficult to always be at a show on time and we are finding that at some performances, up to ten per cent of our audience arrive after the start time.

Like most theatres, we reserve the right to ask latecomers to await a suitable break - or even the interval.

Our Bar Staff and Front of House volunteers will assist you, but if it is not possible, may ask you to wait in The Spotlight Bar where the show is 'broadcast' on a large screen.
