DESCRIPTION:Brentwood School presents  \nAn evening of Shakespeare: abridged performances of A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Romeo & Juliet.\nJoin the revellers for a retelling of Shakespeare’s intoxicating comedy A Midsummer Night’s Dream\, as we turn the classical enchanted forest into a modern day I’m A Celebrity campsite. Watch as four rebellious young lovers are cast off into the jungle\, will they survive the bush tucker trial!? \nIt’s 2023 in this classic retelling of the tragic love story of Romeo & Juliet\, an age-old vendetta of two families but in this adaptation we take a Wednesday inspired spin. The Capulets form our Addams family\, who draw battle lines against the vibrant\, preppy Montagues. But will love be enough to join these two opposing gangs? \nStroboscopic Lighting effects (flashing/pulsating lights) will be used during this event \nThe running time will be approximately 1 hour 30 minutes plus an interval.
