SUMMARY:The Wedding Singer
DESCRIPTION:Its time to party like its 1985! Based upon the hit Adam Sandler movie\, the Billericay Operatic Society is heading back to the 1980s with The Wedding Singer. \nRock start wannabe Robbie Hart is New Jersey’s favourite wedding singer. He’s the life of the party until his own wedding plans crumble and his rock chick fiancée Linda leaves him standing at the altar. Shot through the heart\, Robbie turns every wedding he performs at into a catastophe until Julia – a waitress dreaming of her own perfect wedding – hits the scene. There is just one big problem – Julia is already engaged to the loathsome Glen Guglia\, a shallow\, obnoxious Wall Street broker who only cares about the dollar. When Julia elopes with Glen to Las Vegas Robbie decide to play the gig of his life in an attempt to win her heart. \nThe Wedding Singer takes us back to a time when hair was big and greed was good.  This rocking feel good rom-com is packed full of hilarious and heartfelt music. \nStroboscopic lighting effects (flashing/pulsating lights) will be used during this event\nAdult content and strong language in this event
