DESCRIPTION:Brentwood Youth Theatre | Saturdays 10am – 12pm\n£5 per session or £55 per term*\n*book the full term at once and receive one session free (only available over the phone or in-person)\nWe’re very excited to launch a brand new season of Brentwood Youth Theatre – our drama only Saturday morning theatre group for 10-16 year olds. \nUnder the guidance of experienced performers and facilitators\, the group meets weekly during term time to develop their performance skills and confidence in a fun\, supportive environment building towards performance opportunities. \nSessions are designed to help children grow in confidence and communication skills alongside developing core drama and performance skills. \nNo audition is required to join\, all are welcome. \nOur building is fully accessible\, with a lift up to the first floor where our BYT sessions usually take place. All of our workshop leaders run an inclusive and supportive room. If you are a young person – or a parent of a young person – who has a physical disability\, learning disability or is a mental health service user and you want to come along and check out the building facilities beforehand\, please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we can arrange an informal visit or chat.

DESCRIPTION:Join us in devising your very own mashup of classical fairytales with a twist! \n\n\n \n\n\nYou’ll be encouraged to challenge your views of stories as we know them\, as we take on new interpretations and viewpoints of well-known tales.\n\n\n \n\n\nThe aims of the workshop is to build confidence\, teamwork skills and showmanship through games\, improvisation and performance resulting in a full show to be presented in the theatre for parents and guardians at the end of the session.\n\n\n \n\n\nRecommended age 7+\n\n  \nPresented by Brentwood Youth Theatre
