DESCRIPTION:Let your inner dancer loose with our Let’s Dance classes.\nNo previous experience required. \nDance is for all ages and it is never too late to start learning. Dance has been proved to be the best form of exercise and best way to burn lots of calories. Building confidence and having fun are the key features involved with these classes so come along and try something new. \nLearn ballet terminology included in Barre work\, centre work and dance. \nThis is a prestigious style of dance but is also the main root for dancing technique. Ballet is very good for building strength and fantastic for posture.
