We aim to ensure that everyone has a welcoming and pleasant experience at Brentwood Theatre. If there is anything we can do to make your visit easier, please let us know. Our staff and volunteers will do all they can to support you.
Wheelchair users and disabled patrons
Brentwood Theatre is fully accessible with step free access.
We have a limited number of accessible seating options available for performances, please call or visit our box office to book. Our team will be happy to discuss any ways we can help with your visit when booking tickets.
There are 2 disabled parking spaces in the car park next to the theatre.
Deaf and hard of hearing patrons
An induction loop system is installed for hearing aid users. If you wish to be advised of any signed performances, please contact our Box Office.
Assistance Dogs
Assistance dogs are welcome. Please ensure you inform the Box Office when booking your ticket so there is space for your dog.
Babes in Arms
All children, including babies, must have a ticket. Free babes in arms tickets are available for most of our events for those children aged 18 months and under.
Children under 14
Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Booster seat and carry cots may not be used in the Main Auditorium.
Buggies or prams may not be taken into the theatre during performances, but can be left in the bar at patrons’ own risk.
