Dance is for all ages and it is never too late to start learning. Dance has been proved to be the best form of exercise and best way to burn lots of calories. Building confidence and having fun are the key features involved with these classes featured below. So come along and try something new.

An aerobic style class that doesn’t feel like a typical exercise class as we will be using dance moves to keep us active and showing off our Saturday night moves.
