Brentwood THEATRE – Terms and Conditions of Sale
- Once tickets are purchased, money cannot be refunded and tickets cannot be exchanged. Brentwood Theatre may endeavour to re-sell tickets for you, there is a charge of £1 per ticket for this.
- Tickets must not be re-sold for profit or commercial gain. Failure to comply will void the ticket.
- Brentwood Theatre will not be held responsible for any tickets purchased through third parties.
- Some ticket price types, discounts, offers and group deals are not available to purchase online.
- All orders are subject to credit card approval and verification.
- Everyone entering Brentwood Theatre auditorium must be issued with a ticket, regardless of age.
- For concessionary tickets a valid proof of eligibility may be requested when collecting tickets.
- Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Seats for wheelchair users are only bookable over the phone via the box office to ensure adequate seating arrangements are made.
- Transfers to seats from wheelchairs or other mobility devices within the auditorium will not be allowed due to safety reasons in the event of an evacuation.
- Booster seats and carry cots may not be used in the auditorium.
- Buggies or prams may not be taken into the auditorium but can be left in the foyer at your own risk.
- Mobility scooters may not be taken into the auditorium but can be left in the foyer at your own risk.
- Theatre management reserves the right to refuse admission or to request any ticket holder leave the premises.
- Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance, so as to minimise disruption to other patrons and the performance.
- Brentwood Theatre reserves the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on the ticket in exceptional circumstances.
- Brentwood Theatre reserves the right to cancel or alter an advertised programme or start time rendered necessary by unavoidable causes.
- Glasses, bottles and hot food are not allowed in the auditorium. Drinks are only permitted in the plastic cups provided.
- Only food, drinks and confectionary purchased at Brentwood Theatre may be consumed in the building.
- Brentwood Theatre may have to conduct security searches of bags. If you do not permit a search to be undertaken, you will not be admitted into the auditorium. Any items confiscated during a bag search that are considered to be a risk to others or breach these terms and conditions will be returned to you as you leave the building.
- The use of mobile phones during a performance is prohibited. Please ensure that all mobile phones and smart watches are turned off before the performance.
- The use of audio or visual recording devices are not permitted during performances.
- Strobe lighting, smoke effects, loud bangs, gun shots and loud sound effects are sometimes used in productions at Brentwood Theatre. Details are made clear front of house before entering the auditorium.
- These terms and conditions and any contract concluded incorporating these terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and all disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
