Your Visit: Accessibility
We aim to ensure that everyone has a welcoming and pleasant experience at Brentwood Theatre. If there is anything we can do to make your visit easier, please let us know. Our staff and volunteers will do all they can to support you.
Wheelchair users and disabled patrons
Brentwood Theatre is fully accessible to wheelchair users.
For operational purposes, we do have a limited number of wheelchair spaces available for performances. Please advise our Box Office of any ways we can help with your visit, when booking tickets.
If you would like to be seated first, please tell the Front of House Supervisor on arrival.
There are 2 disabled parking spaces in the car park next to the theatre.
Deaf and hard of hearing patrons
An induction loop system is installed for hearing aid users. If you wish to be advised of any signed performances, please contact our Box Office.
Assistance Dogs
Assistance dogs are welcome. Please ensure you inform the Box Office when booking your ticket so there is space for your dog.
Babes in Arms
All children, including babies, must have a ticket, even if sharing a seat with an adult.
Children under 14
Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Booster seat and carry cots may not be used in the Main Auditorium or Audrey Longman Studio.
Buggies or prams may not be taken into either space, but can be left in the bar at patrons’ own risk.
