Is the theatre a registered charity?

Yes. We are registered as a charity, number 285716, for the promotion of performing arts and culture within the community of Brentwood.

Does the theatre receive any public subsidy?

No. Approximately 90% of our income is generated through theatre hires and ticket sales. We do regularly apply for grant funding to fund projects and improvement works.

Can I leave a legacy donation?

Many of our supporters have planned to leave a legacy gift for Brentwood Theatre in their will. If you would like to know more about leaving a financial gift to the theatre, please email our theatre office team (admin@brentwood-theatre.org) or call 01277 200305 selecting option 2.
