We offer a warm and friendly welcome to everyone, serving a wide selection of teas, coffees, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages alongside a delectable choice of cakes and snacks. Whether you’re looking to book tickets, relax and unwind, catch up with friends or come to see a show our accessible café bar caters for all.
We take great pride in sourcing as many of our products as locally as we can; we work with Adnams and Trevs Beans in Brentwood, Shenfield Wines, Brentwood Brewery, Essex Spirits Company, Fairfields Farm Crisps in Colchester. We have a great range of vegan, low-gluten/gluten free and low alcohol products.
Our recent refurbishment has enabled us to offer seating in our courtyard garden so you can enjoy your coffee and cake or pre-show drink in a secluded sheltered setting away from the main road and we’ve got awnings and patio heaters for when the British weather isn’t quite behaving.
We now have free WiFi available throughout the theatre which makes our Café Bar great for working or holding informal meetings. We also have other spaces and hot desks available for hire if you require a dedicated space.
