Join Sophisticated Entertainment this summer in Wizard of Oz, a brand new jukebox musical spectacular pantomime.

Join us as we journey down the yellow brick road in an all singing, all dancing family show all gloriously combined with a comedic twist! We need your help to find the wizard so grab your broom sticks, and don’t forget those sparkly red slippers and remember there’s no place like home…unless it’s at the Brentwood Theatre this Summer!

Starring local favourite Joshua Handley as The Wicked Witch of the West, Sophisticated Entertainment’s resident Dame Philip McParland as the Lion and Charlotte Hayes as Dorothy!

‘Twas the night before Christmas, and all through the house, not a creature was stirring…except for a child sneaking out of her bedroom to try and catch a glimpse of Santa! Little does she know the adventure that’s in store when she encounters Humbug, the friendly mouse of the house, and when Santa gets stuck in the chimney they’ll need to work together, with the help of the Sugar Plum Fairy and Rudolph, to save Christmas for everyone!

The sell-out musical for the whole family returns to Brentwood Theatre this December to enchant audiences once again as our two actors take the stage to tell the quintessential Christmas story using puppetry and a little touch of Christmas magic!

The famous musical comedy, Bugsy Malone, featuring an all-child cast playing mobsters, dancers and rival gangs hits the Brentwood Theatre stage. It’s 1929 during prohibition in New York. Fat Sam’s gang are armed with custard pies but Dandy Dans gang have just gained the upper hand with their new devastating “splurge gun”! Bugsy Malone has fallen for singer Blousey but show girl Tallulah is after Bugsy, now Fat Sam needs his help – can he get the girl and save the day?

Sister Act is a 2009 musical with music by Alan Menken, lyrics by Glenn Slater and a book by Cheri and Bill Steinkellner, with additional material by Douglas Carter Beane. It is based on the hit 1992 Touchstone Pictures film of the same name. The show tells the story of nightclub diva Deloris Van Cartier, who dreams of being a star, until her life takes an unexpected turn… Witness to a murder and in need of somewhere to hide, she is brought to the one place no one would ever think to look – a convent! It is here that Deloris helps her fellow sisters to find their voices, as she rediscovers her own and helps to breathe new life into the church…but what happens when her cover is blown? A heart-warming fish out of water story, this heavenly show is a sparkling tribute to the universal power of friendship, sisterhood, and music. It’s sure to leave you feeling fabulous, baby!
